Things you should know prior to your spa experience


Please arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled service so that you can prepare for your spa experience. (If you are late, we will accommodate you to the best of our ability, but your service may be shortened.)

Robe and slippers are provided for your comfort and convenience.

Advise us ahead of time of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies or food restrictions or if you have used Retin-A.

Women should not shave prior to any body treatment or massage.

People's Salon & Spa has a smoke-free atmosphere.

VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express are accepted at People's Salon & Spa. Payment by check is welcome with proper identification.

Gift Certificate must be presented at time of check in.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

People's Salon & Spa is handicap accessible.

Credit cards or Gift Certificates are required to guarantee your package reservations.

Due to the popularity of our treatments, please allow ample time to reserve your appointments.

Please leave your valuables at home. Many treatments require removal of jewelry. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Hygiene is of the utmost importance throughout People's Salon & Spa. For your care and confidence, we sterilize throughout our service areas.

Services are not necessarily provided in the same order as listed in the brochure.

All series discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.




Due to loss of income from "no shows" and cancellations without a 24 hour notice, guests will be asked to hold their appointments with a credit card. 
If a guest "no shows", their card will be charged the full amount of the service cost. 

Guests cancelling without a 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service cost.
